Johto Ryder

Next Region we have is Johto done by  

Smoochum: The first hatched egg of the group, Smoochum is the youngest Pokemon any of the trainers have had. Though she is happy-go-lucky and loves to kiss people, especially Ryder, who she views as her mama, she requires a lot of special care and attention. She's a bit of a coward, so much so that she refuses to battle until Ryder convinces her that she's strong and won't get hurt. She also has a very special relationship with Avery's Ursaring, who acts like a papa to her. Received as an egg from a carnie at the Indigo Plateau, hatched in Goldenrod City.

Octillery: Previously a diligent worker as a Remoraid, Octillery is now rather lazy and difficult to motivate. He prefers sleeping to battle, and gets very irate if someone attempts to wake him, usually shooting the offending party in the face with ink. However, once motivated, his endurance in battle is greater than most other Pokemon thanks to the length of time he sleeps. Caught as a Remoraid on Route 44.

Murkrow: A playful and happy-go-lucky Pokemon, Murkrow is Ryder's first catch in the Johto region. He helped Ryder out of his depression from his loss at the Violet City Gym when he attempted to steal Ryder's gold pocket watch. A bit of a trouble-maker, Murkrow is always trying to take shiny objects from people, then laughs about it when caught. In battle, he's very sneaky and loves to catch his opponent off-guard. Caught on Route 32.

Stantler: Shy and timid, Stantler dislikes being too far away from Ryder at any given time. She'd rather stay in her Pokeball if she's not going to be within a few feet of her trainer. She's quite cowardly and prefers to use Hypnosis illusions to scare her opponents into refusing to battle rather than fight them head-on. Caught in Ilex Forest.
